Emirates Airline angajeaza personal in Dubai, selectia urmand sa aiba loc in perioada 12 – 14 decembrie, in Bucuresti, cu reprezentantii companiei.

Posturi disponibile:

a) Airport Services Agents (ground staff pentru Aeroportul din Dubai); Click aici pentru fisa postului

– salariu de baza: 1400 USD (5122 AED: salariu ( 3532 AED ) + alocatie pentru cazare ( 1590 AED ))

b) Customer Sales and Service Agents (call centre agents); Click aici pentru fisa postului

– salariu de baza: 1400 USD (5122 AED : salariu ( 3532 AED ) + alocatie pentru cazare ( 1590 AED )

– salariu de baza: 1725 USD (6340 AED : salariu ( 4365 AED ) + alocatie pentru cazare ( 1975 AED )

Cerinte:

a) Airport Services Agents:

  • O levels;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Should have had 2 years experience in a customer service role;
  • Knowledge of airline passenger and baggage handling preferable.

b) Customer Sales and Service Agents:

The position – Customer Sales and Service Agent is based in Dubai is a 24 hours contact centre which requires them to be ready to work on a shift basis. It is NOT a normal office hours job.

•  The candidates have to be fluent in English AND any or more of the languages ( Spanish, Russian, French and Arabic ).

•  Candidates have to have travel industry/hospitality/customer service backgrounds.

c)Travel Agents:

–     A’ level education with a minimum of 2 years front line travel experience as a Reservation/Sales agent – mandatory.

–    Standard fares and ticketing certificate from IATA or equivalent – an added advantage.

–    Knowledge of Dnata Front Office system/Airline Reservation systems.

–    Knowledge of world geography and major carrier networks to facilitate quick itinerary planning. 

–    Interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills.

–    Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. word and excel.

–    Strong verbal and written English is a must. Spoken Arabic or any other foreign language would be an advantage.
